It’s not a bad deal overall, but just a heads-up for anyone considering it: I expected a little more for what I paid. It does the job, but I’d say manage your expectations if you’re hoping for something a bit more premium.

I placed my order and then pretty much heard nothing after that. There weren’t any proper updates, and when I reached out to ask what was going on, the reply took ages and wasn’t really helpful. I felt like I had to keep chasing them the whole time!! not a great experience.

My order arrived with the box all crushed and ripped on one side, which was disappointing. It actually didn’t seem like it was packed very well at all. Luckily, the item was still inside and okay, but it definitely wasn’t a great first impression.

I checked out revoray.com and, it didn’t give me a great feeling. The site feels a bit rushed, there isn’t much clear info, and I couldn’t find enough proof to feel comfortable trusting it. Maybe some people had a better experience, but putting my card details in there felt unnecessary to me. Something about it just feels off.

I’ve used it a few times now and so far, no problems. There was a tiny mark on one part, but it wasn’t anything major, and I didn’t feel like dealing with a return over something so small.

For the price, I think it’s fair. Not absolutely perfect, but good enough that I’d probably buy from them again if I needed something similar.

The delivery was way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking and it barely seemed to move, so it kind of felt like my order just got forgotten or something. Maybe that means they’re always slow, I don’t know, but this time was frustrating.

The only thing is the refund took a few days longer than I was expecting, and since that just happened it’s kind of the main thing I remember right now. Support did reply and helped enough. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish the refund had been a little quicker.
